If I had to summarize this book in one sentence, quite simply I couldn't. It's fast and yet slow; it's long and yet too short; it's cute and yet not. It's daring, it's adventurous, it's endearing, and it's moving in a way I didn't expect. How could you put all that onto one sentence? I don't believe it can be done.
This book was a wonderful read, and it enthralled me and had me gripped from the beginning. I'd highly recommend this book for anyone looking for a ghost mystery taking place in the modern day that includes just a little bit of romance to spice it up.
Theo made a big mistake, and on the day he was going to put himself on the line to hopefully change his life for the better, too.
Paige was the victim of this mistake, and she can't forgive Theo for what he's done.
Once best friends, now practically strangers, the two of them are both haunted by their past. But what happens when their haunting becomes more chilling than they could've imagined?
For anyone who loves any sort of mystery and ghost stories, I'd HIGHLY recommend this book. It was gripping and chilling in turn, while also giving just the right amount of heartwarming needed to really keep me engaged. It was sweet and startling all at the same time and I'd recommend this one in a moment.
