Cry at the sunrise

Freedom's depth

Lost in the sunshine

I forget

The glory of the good days

Gone and dead

When I see the sunrise

I fall, I fret

Once there was a sunset

And I smiled

Relief flooded me

It washed over tiled

Paths riddled with pain

Regrets and riled

Words that echoed

Echoed for miles

Cry at the sunrise

I forget

Once there was a sunshine

It washed over tiles

Relief flooded me

And I smiled

Lost in the sunshine

I forget
